We take your document privacy seriously. Scanfy performs all document conversions (Image to PDF, Word to PDF, Excel to PDF), merging, splitting, and encryption completely locally on your device.

• No Cloud Uploads: Your files are NEVER uploaded, sent, or processed on any external servers or cloud storage.
• Local Storage: All converted documents are securely stored inside your device's local storage and cache directories.

2. Information We Collect

Because your documents remain on your device, we only collect limited, anonymous information necessary to maintain the app:

• Usage Data & Diagnostics: Anonymous data such as features used, crash logs, app interactions, and session duration to improve stability.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system, and language settings.
• Support Information: Name or email address ONLY if you voluntarily contact our support team.

3. Third-Party Services

To keep Scanfy free and continuously improving, we use trusted third-party services that may collect anonymous data:

• Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. Ad partners may use cookies or device identifiers to provide personalized or non-personalized ads.
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used to monitor app usage and diagnose crashes.

These providers do NOT have access to your personal documents or files.
